**Overview** **What Youll Be Doing** Cadmus seeks an Associate to join the Market Research & Customer Insights team in the Energy Division. The Associate will be expected to design, manage, and conduct primary research on behalf of Cadmus energy clients. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience designing qualitative research projects, such as cross-utility/sector or statewide efforts that examine customer experience, awareness, motivations, and preferences. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate research methodologies, developing samples, including designing to statistical confidence and precision levels, and applying weighting and quotas for phone, online or mail survey efforts. You will bring the ability to scope projects and provide technical expertise on qualitative research design; manage a wide range of market research activities such as interviews, surveys, secondary research, and focus groups; and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data

SUMMARY: A project manager plans, directs, and coordinates a wide variety of construction projects. A project manager schedules and coordinates all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of trade contractors. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the construction project from start to finish. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
