The ideal candidate will lead technical aspects of projects originating from private investments, EGLE Brownfield Redevelopment grants and loans, USEPA Brownfield grants, and other programs. Responsibilities include site characterization, risk assessment, redevelopment environmental planning assistance, and preparation of environmental compliance documents. The role requires project management skills to coordinate with the client and various departments and ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
