Job Description Job Description Main Job Duties: • Interpret semiconductor equipment maintenance manuals, procedures, schematics and wiring diagrams, and apply in technical support. • Responsible for field service and maintenance of semiconductor equipment, utilizing professional knowledge in electronics, various test instruments and tools. • Analyze customers’ feedbacks and service requests and proactively provide high quality field services to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. • Analyze operational data from customer and semiconductor equipment installed in customer’s semiconductor manufacturing fab.
