Job Description The Program Coordinator is part of the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education's (OUME) Longitudinal Elements team at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine (VUSM). The program coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks that effectively create positive teaching and learning experiences for faculty and medical students. The Program Coordinator partners with the team's Senior Program Manager and assigned faculty on administrative and operational tasks involved in course delivery, including setup in the online learning management system, classroom preparation, triaging system issues, and tracking 2nd-year student progress for Foundations of Physician Responsibility (FPR2) in the MD program. This position also supports the administrative teammates and assigned faculty for Foundations of Health Care Delivery (FHD) for 3rd and 4th-year medical students in the Immersion Phase of the MD curriculum.
