Job Description Job Description Shekinah Glory Home Care residential habilitation staff will provide supervision and specific training activities that assist the resident to acquire, maintain or improve skills related to activities of daily living. Our service will focus on personal hygiene skills, such as bathing, and oral hygiene: homemaking skills such as food preparation, vacuuming, and laundry: and social and adaptive skills that enable the resident to reside in the community. This training is provided in accordance with a formal implementation plan, developed by the provider with direction from the resident, and reflects the residents' goals from the current support plan. Staff must assist with the following: Ensure that all State policies and guidelines are adhered to. Use problem-solving skills to deal with situations that may arise. Ensure that the Administrator is kept abreast of issues that arise that require additional support. Assist with required medication to residents.
