Monitor safety, manning, scheduling, mentoring, corrective action and problem solving. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include: Direct supervision of direct hourly employees. Maintain a safe work environment. Monitor daily and weekly schedules in addition to scheduling overtime and weekend work or any schedule changeovers.
