Flexible scheduling options and understanding management allow me to effectively manage my professional and personal responsibilities. Service is good, but sometimes feels rushed.

The patients and families we serve make the work meaningful, and the team’s dedication to quality care is inspiring. There’s a strong team spirit here and plenty of support from management. I’ve stayed longer than I planned because of the great culture, strong benefits, and fulfilling patient-centered work. Training is thorough, though updates are infrequent. It was difficult getting questions answered without waiting a long time. Policies are followed closely by all staff.

However, the work environment can be stressful during peak times. Staff try to help but seem rushed at times. What I love most is the patient-centered approach.
