Training programs exist but may not fully meet all role needs. My coworkers collaborate well, and there’s a clear focus on safety and sustainability. Roles are clearly defined, but often feel siloed. It’s an incredibly motivating environment where you know your colleagues always have your back, which makes even the most challenging days manageable and rewarding.
