Minister of Missionary Disciples (20 hours/week) The Minister of Missionary Disciples plays a key role in supporting the spiritual growth of the parish community by overseeing the Reach More initiative and collaborating with the Minister of Adult Disciples to implement the adult discipleship pathway. This part-time position focuses on training and mentoring Reach More leaders, facilitating small groups, and providing ongoing support and guidance for leadership development. Oversee the Reach More initiative. Equip disciples for the mission. Recruit parishioners through prayer and discernment to attend yearly Reach More training sessions.
