Daily processing of agent submissions and ensure proper posting to agency management system. Input policy payment information into management system and check recreation system. Enter data from agency bill statements into management system. Reconcile MGA statements to internal agency management system and commissions payable. Reconcile, process and review Direct Bill statements for payment. Prepare commission statements from carrier websites into Excel spreadsheets for processing. Email/telephone response to agents and carriers about various policy questions.
