Communication is average, with occasional lapses. The teamwork is phenomenal, and everyone is committed to achieving common goals safely and efficiently. They provide excellent training and are always open to new ideas, which makes you feel empowered. Daily work is clearly defined, and you’re never left guessing. However, change and ideas for improvement are often delayed. There's little emphasis on creativity, and change is implemented unless pushed from the top down.

I appreciate how leadership is invested in process efficiency and sustainability. Safety drills and PPE availability show that employee well-being is taken seriously. More importantly, the culture is incredibly positive; people are friendly, and management is approachable and fair.
