Working here is relatively predictable, with a strong emphasis on procedures. My manager is a fantastic advocate for me and my team. The social events are always something to look forward to and help build strong bonds. This balance makes it enjoyable to come to work and collaborate with colleagues who are both experts in their field and great team players. While the company offers solid employment stability and benefits, day-to-day work can become repetitive. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged, and communication flows well across departments. The interview process was a great reflection of the company culture: respectful, professional, and transparent.

Some departments feel siloed and distant. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. We are always encouraged to find better ways of working.
