Construction Project Specialist – 631677 Knoxville, TN or Pinehurst, NC Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Specialist to oversee and monitor the construction phase of various civil and infrastructure projects. This includes water and sewer lines, treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, asset inventory, and assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the contractor’s adherence to project specifications and documentation throughout the construction process. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical training. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector, or a minimum of 4 years in related roles.
