The Fit Kids Foundation was founded in January 2011 with the intention of providing a free after-school fitness program to children that have limited access to fitness opportunities due to cost constraints and program availability. Our mission is to promote a healthy active lifestyle among children in underserved communities through high quality youth fitness programs and nutrition tips. By offering increased opportunities for physical activity among children, we hope to inspire an early love of sports and fitness that will serve as the foundation for a healthy way of life.
