TheJob Description: We’re seeking an Entry-Level Purchasing Agent to support procurement operations by managing purchase orders and resolving invoice issues. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Create and process purchase orders (POs) and change orders. Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Manage the purchase request intake process and related tools. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
