Key Responsibilities: Tool and Die Fabrication: Fabricate and repair precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures to meet production specifications. Machine Operation: Operate and maintain a variety of machinery, including lathes, mills, drill presses, band saws, and surface grinders, to create or modify tooling and dies. Die Alteration: Assess and modify existing dies to improve performance or accommodate changes in design specifications. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
