JOB DESCRIPTION The Airside Experience Leader performs the same or similar duties as those assigned to the Airside Experience workgroup while providing oversight and leadership to the Airside Experience team on the shift. This position is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for cargo operations, general aviation aircraft, crews, and guests. An Airside Experience Leader often serves as the escalation point for guest inquiries which cannot be resolved by the Airside Experience Specialist and/or Associate on shift.
