Posting Details Position Information Job Title Mechanic Job Description Under the supervision of the Facilities Director, performs a variety of work, installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment in the maintenance of College properties. Essential Duties Summary Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm Duties and Responsibilities: Installs, maintains and repairs equipment such as steam valves, steam traps, steam or water coils, steam or water radiators, unit heaters, water heaters, boilers, condensate and circulating pumps and piping & plumbing associated with water and heating/steam lines. Provide preventive maintenance to all fan coil units, boiler units, air compressors, packaged roof-top units. Change air filters, belts and grease. Perform cleaning of all residential boilers.
