Position Summary: The Senior Associate - Development will support the Development department and report to the Senior Vice President of Development. The position will involve assisting in managing various aspects of development through the entire project lifecycle across multiple categories of assets. Opportunities will include roles on new ground-up development, repositionings, as well as CapEx/project improvement plans. The role requires effective coordination, administrative support, and project tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery of development objectives. Assets and developments covered will include condo, hospitality, gaming/entertainment, multi-family, resort, food and beverage.
