Job Description Job Description Blissful Spoon has opened our new concept, Papillon, in the evenings and we are looking for another reliable line cook to join our team! Our evening Moroccan venue is located in the same building as Blissful Spoon. This will be a fairly immediate start, as we are heading into the spring/summer season and getting busy! We are a full-service restaurant based on a European bistro model – including takeaway (daytime only) and sit-down service (AM/PM), with a focus on globally-inspired meals and gluten free desserts. Providing quality food with locally-sourced ingredients is the heart of our business. This will be a daytime and evening position of approx 24-35 hrs/wk, with Mon and Tues guaranteed off. This position is dependent on experience and also is part of our tip share. A successful person in this role should expect a *minimum* guarantee of $25/hr, usually higher during peak tourist season.
