Title: Supervisor, Drilling Job Summary: The Supervisor, Drilling Engineering for Anschutz Exploration Corp (AEC) is responsible for supervising all drilling operations company wide. This position will include acting as a lead for less experienced drilling engineers, providing mentoring and coaching to develop and improve their technical and operational abilities. This position will include direct oversight & management of 1-3 drilling rigs with the expectation of safe, continuous improvement, reducing drilling durations and well costs. This position will report to the Drilling Manager.
