Use handheld measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges. Conduct inspections using laser trackers. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings. Ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and be certifiable to Level 2 in at least two methods (VT, PT, MT, UT) per SNT-TC-1A. Maintain documentation of inspections and quality control reports. Communicate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and QC teams to address quality issues. Promote and enforce quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.
