Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating macros and formulas to streamline processes. Operate and manage the Mercury Gate TMS for tracking and managing shipments. Develop and maintain VBA scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Make 5-8 calls per hour to coordinate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in dispatching or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBS, macros and formulas. Experience with Mercury Gate TMS. (any TMS is fine) Bilingual in English and Spanish.
