The objectives of Griffin Petroleum Company (GPC) and Associates are to assemble high quality, moderate depth and risk drilling prospects primarily in the Permian Basin Area of West Texas and New Mexico. Griffin Petroleum also purchases Operated producing properties that can be optimized and their net cash flow improved. Profit enhancement from acquired properties can be accomplished by reducing operating costs and maximizing production through stimulation, exploitation of behind pipe zones, development drilling, waterflooding, etc. Drilling prospects emanate from a variety of sources including GPCs in-house staff, independent geologists, geophysicists, engineers and other professionals such as retainees, associates and contacts developed by the principals of GPC.
