Responsibilities Technical background of 3-5 years in Automation that allows candidate to understand flow of a project implementing automation enough to create a MS Project schedule detailing the steps and prerequisites for each activity. Enough understanding of finance & accounting to manage project margin and scope creep, and forecast where project margin will be at the end of the project. Personnel/team management skills to (a) lead a team of junior engineers to technical proficiency, and (b) interface with peers to properly staff a project based on schedule and financial forecast.
