Perseid, the signature dining experience at Hotel Saint Augustine, is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience by delivering food promptly, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities: •Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. •Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards before serving. •Assist servers by refilling water, clearing tables, and providing additional guest support as needed. •Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas. •Reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests. •Communicate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food delivery. •Assist with carrying trays, stocking service stations, and refilling condiments. •Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.
