The Corporate Counsel will be a key member of the Company’s legal team reporting to the lawyer who started the legal department twenty plus years ago and who was a principal architect of creating the current family office’s structures. In this role, the Corporate Counsel will provide advice and support on a broad range of legal and associated issues involved in carrying out the strategy of the business and optimizing its performance.
