Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server. Essential Job Functions: Excellent internal/external guest service; Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist; Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas; Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards; Transport dirty items to dish room; Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers; Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
