The TRIO Training and Empowerment Center provides professional development events to TRIO project personnel and other similar professionals nationwide, through both online webinars and in-person learning events. These trainings, led by a team of nationally recognized experts, focus on increasing access and success in post-secondary education for first-generation, low-income, and other underrepresented learners. This position oversees and plans all aspects of the project to ensure the successful execution of these trainings, in compliance with federal regulations and grant objectives. This is a grant-funded position. Primary Duties: Coordinate logistical arrangements, including facilities, equipment, and lodging for training events. Handle inquiries regarding training opportunities, process applications, and manage the online registration system. Prepare and send correspondence to potential and enrolled participants. Serve as the onsite contact for logistical support at training venues.
