Vewry convenient to set appointments and doctyors are always on time. I appreciate the chance to be part of an organization that leads with heart and vision. Training exists, but lacks consistency across departments. Job security is strong, and sometimes frustrating.

Most importantly, patient care never takes a back seat. A fantastic place to grow. Whether it's a challenging shift or a complex situation, someone is always willing to lend a hand or share their expertise. This mutual respect and support make even the toughest days more manageable and fulfilling for everyone.

Despite being a new company, the impact we make on the community is significant. I love the mission-focused environment and commitment to making a difference in patient lives. The work environment is respectful but could benefit from improved communication and faster implementation of new initiatives. Their professionalism and kindness make a real difference in the patient experience. I’ve had many opportunities to cross-train and grow within the organization. Coworkers are dedicated professionals who support each other. Career advancement exists but takes time. Coworkers are friendly but often overworked.
