High Tech Turning Company was founded in 1985 with the premise that the newest generation of CNC Swiss machine tools would provide an opportunity for a lone entrepreneur to start a new business and be competitive against the then prevalent cam automatic lathes. That idea paid off and our company has grown steadily by utilizing the latest versions of sophisticated lathes and milling machine tools to produce increasingly complex and precise components. In house hands on training has developed a highly skilled and dedicated work force of machinists and engineers. The average machinist has over 10 years experience at High Tech Turning. High Tech Turning has developed demanding quality control procedures that provide the operators with immediate feedback on all aspects of the quality of production. Our quality control system improves quality, trains operators, and ensures the least cost of manufacture. Today 24 skilled employees occupy 15,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and utilize 25 CNC machine tools to produce over two million precision components per year. This growth is mostly due to the loyalty of our more than 65 customers who have partnered with us for an average of over 12 years.
