In business since 1982 Hollingsworth Associates provides Geotechnical and Environmental Consulting Services, Materials Testing, and Inspection of Construction Services through offices located in Sheridan (Denver-metro) Colorado and in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our Geotechnical Engineering capabilities are oriented towards site evaluation studies and Geotechnical studies for water resource projects, municipal landfills, buildings, pipelines, roadways, power lines, airports and related facilities. The Geotechnical Engineering staff has extensive experience in on-site activities during construction having served as technicians inspecting and testing the placement of earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete and steel reinforcement; Engineers supervising teams of technicians and as project managers. We have in-house, formal safety and quality control programs as part of our normal business practices along with the normal insurance coverage including general business and professional liability insurance. We are a member of the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC) and have emerging small business enterprise status from the Colorado Department of Transportation.
