Hard work gets recognized. Tasks are clear and repetitive, and I know exactly what I’ll be doing each day. It’s a decent introduction to manufacturing, and it is somehow in-depth. There’s very little team engagement, and most employees keep to themselves. Managers listen and lead with clarity and respect for everyone’s role. The pace can be repetitive depending on your station.
