Olympic Color Rods was established in 1987 by glassblower Phil O'Reilly, working out of his Bellevue, Washington garage. Providing a much needed service to the burgeoning glassblowing community, the company quickly grew and in the early 90's moved to its current location in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.
