Communication is decent, and work is stable, but excitement is low. While I appreciate the structured work environment, I sometimes wish there were more opportunities for creativity or innovation. I appreciate that failure is treated as a learning opportunity. Innovative projects keep work exciting. The total rewards package demonstrates how much the organization values its people. Everyone is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration on every project. They get the job done without major issues, but innovation isn’t their strong suit. We are given the autonomy to take ownership of our projects.
