About SoloRosa Wines
SoloRosa is the only winery in the New World founded on dry rosé. Our first vintage, in 2000, consisted of one barrel-approximately 23 cases. Today, 8 years later, we make some 100 barrels in any given year with average production still small: about 2000 cases.
