Overview: Welcome to Childrens Health Center Children Rehabilitative Services At CHC you will find an all-inclusive environment to assist with pediatric medical needs. Our staff is dedicated to making healthcare as convenient as possible for families and is experienced with children with special needs and complex medical conditions.
