Job Overview: The candidate for this position will originate construction and land development loans, develop relationships with builders, developers and realtors. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Responsible developing and managing new and existing residential construction relationships for single family home builders in the Wichita market. Responsible for individual goals set by the SVP Construction Department Manager including; new loan production, outstanding balance, fee income and deposit balances Supervise and collaborate closely with Construction Loan Administrative Assistants to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Conduct assessments of all new loan requests. Review qualifying factors, comprehensively analyze documentation required for approval according to Fidelity Bank's guidelines.
