The Requester Services Correspondence Specialist (RSCS) is primarily responsible for fielding client correspondence regarding release of information (ROI) requests for patient medical records. The RSCS reviews and addresses written communications for proper issue resolution and posts corrective actions in the corporate database to facilitate timely and accurate release of information processing.
