We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of ICI construction projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design/build project delivery, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for ICI construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Oversee the design development process and ensure constructability and cost-efficiency during pre-construction. Monitor and control project costs, schedule, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
