This is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to both lead AND execute. General Responsibilities: · Ensure blank goods have been checked in properly. · Ensure online store orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. · Review Orders and make sure all artwork is sized & prepared adequately · Communicate with sales team on any changes or delays in jobs · Ensure decorated goods meet quality requirements when received · Manage delivery schedule via coordinating the warehouse driver’s delivery route. · Supervise proper packaging of goods for Delivery to Client (Out of Box Experience) · Communicate to Salesperson when job is ready for Delivery or Shipment · Daily review of Production Reports to ensure no jobs are delayed · Keep warehouse stocked with all pertinent shipping materials. · Perform in-house production directly or delegate to appropriate staff. ·
