A shift lead is the acting manager when a manager is not present. Shift leads are responsible for having absolute knowledge of the menu and assist Team Members throughout their shift. They are encouraged to help the managers with all small tasks, such as helping with urgent ordering, assisting with inventory, and maintaining Toastique's quality and standards.
