Position Purpose: Provides legal services to Beeline to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights; provides strategic guidance, consultation, and support to various internal stakeholders throughout Beeline. Is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the Eastern and Central Time Zones of the United States. Responsibilities: The Contracts Counsel will serve as a generalist with an emphasis on contract drafting and negotiation. All candidates must be able to succeed in handling a wide variety of legal needs generated by various Beeline departments.
