Overview: Your Work and How Youll Make a Difference: The Client Intake Associate is the first point of contact for families inquiring about Diagnostic and/or ABA services. Every clients journey with autism is different, from diagnosis to ultimate treatment through ABA therapy. With that in mind, the Client Intake Associate must adapt to serve the unique needs, questions, timing, and concerns from each family personalizing the experience. Our goal is to get clients into the center within 30-45 days in order to receive these crucial services as quickly as possible.
