The Cruise Operations Analyst position will provide support to cruise operations performing duties related to rate formulation, revenue management, and assistance in reviewing and analyzing financial results. Assist with rate formulation for new customers as well as calculate annual rate increases for current contracted customers. Develop understanding of potential revenue streams and cost components for existing and prospective customers related to rate preparation. Partner with the billing department to confirm that customer rates are entered accurately in the ERP system. Provide support to operations by analyzing key metrics, including revenue, performance, KPI's, and other operational data. Partner with cruise management to review and analyze monthly and quarterly financials for accuracy. Develop ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
