Investigate and document excursions, out-of-specification results, and trends, implementing corrective/preventative actions as needed. Author and review technical protocols, reports, and laboratory documentation to ensure compliance. Train and support laboratory personnel, coordinate with contract labs, and support cross-functional meetings.
