Job Summary: The Quality Control Analyst will monitor plant processing operations and programs relating to food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. This role will perform a variety of technical inspections and testing to detect processing, manufacturing, or other defects, and ensure that all products meet our stringent quality and food safety standards. Direct Placements Payrate: $19-$22/hr. based on experience Schedule: Monday- Friday (some Saturdays if needed) 4:00 PM-4:00 AM (10-12 hrs shifts) Key Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections of products before public release to ensure they meet food safety regulations and internal standards. Operate under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and be familiar with the HACCP system. Observe and report all food product deficiencies promptly.
