Client’s Global Infra group develops engineering tools specialized to drive efficiency and productivity across Client’s data warehouses. Our team’s primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance as a service for data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers. We use many internal customer tools and frameworks to accomplish these engineering tasks. The Infra Engineering Support (IES) specialist will become a domain expert in some of Client’s data tools and provide front line support services for them (e.g., moderating groups, answering support questions, improving documentation). Additionally, the IES specialist will perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting to independently resolve and escalate more complex issues to on-call engineers, investigate alerts and failed tests, identify and surface trends to the product teams, and provide insights regarding the voice of the user.
