Job Description Job Description Home Based Clinician (Worcester County) - The qualified candidate will be working with a treatment team to provide home-based family therapy. In addition to regular individual and group supervision along with ongoing training, the candidate will have the opportunity to be trained in both an evidence-based trauma model and an evidence-based substance abuse model (if appropriate) to further their knowledge in trauma and substance abuse work and improve their ability to provide effective treatment. In order to best serve families, the clinician will collaborate with team members, such as the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Mental Health (DMH), school systems, and placement providers.
