Laurelbrook now offers an Adult Daycare Program. We are currently in the process of adding a room onto the nursing home for this function. We are open for business at this time for a limited number of clients. Laurelbrook HomeCare is available for those whom participate in the Home and Community Based Services Waiver Program (HCBS) through TennCare. We will provide In-home Respite, Homemaker Services, Personal Care Service, Adult Daycare, and Home Delivered Meals. All these programs are through HCBS waiver or private. To use HCBS you must qualify for Medicaid and meet the nursing home criteria for admission, but you stay at home.
